Storage and further refining :
After alcoholic fermentation, wine is stored in steel tanks equipped with cooling pockets. After stabilisation, the wine is bottled at the beginning of the year following harvesting.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES :
Pale yellow with greenish glints. Floral and fruity, with traces of exotic fruits' flavours. Delicate, tasty, with average structure. Recommended serving temperature is 10°-12° C. Recommended as an aperitif and for all fish dishes.
